When the AC power supply of
IDA8 has been cut off, the IDA8
system will change to Security
mode. See the picture below,
5.10 Message Limitation
Each IDA8 has 8 x message channel sources, the following listed below are the components
which will be occupied by the usage number of the message channel sources.
Network Paging x 2
Voxnet Control x 2
VoIP x 1
DTMF VoIP x 1
Message Player x 1
MM Player x 1 - 2 (users defined)
Ethernet IGMP Audio Stream x 1
Fire Alarm x 1 - 4 (users defined)
Example:
If users use the [Networking Paging] component, the usage number of message channel
sources will be left 6 channel sources.
If the number of channel is beyond the max. of 8 x message channel sources, the [Compile]
action will be failed and display an error on the [Compile] window, see the picture below, then
users need to adjust and decrease the number of channel sources.
5.11 Modify Audio Board
This function allows users to change the audio board which have been installed in the IDA8
processors.
