the signal of the second and third PPM-AS come from the CH1 and CH2 of PPM-AS.
5. Create the [Integration Event] on [Network Paging] component, and also apply the corresponded
integration events on PPM-AS.
3.2.1.2 PSS-AS Touchscreen Paging Console
The PSS-AS paging console allows call-paging, message broadcasting and DSP matrix parameter
control over a secured monitored bus. The backlit full-color touch screen is designed for user-friendly
operation and offers a total of 168 software keys across 12 pages for zone or group of zones
selections.
Each key contains a color-changing field indicating that the zone is occupied by a different process.
Alongside the touch screen, three hardware keys are also provided for free assignment within the
software. All paging parameters for site operation can be pre-programmed such as zones can be
assigned, named, grouped to different buttons, message triggering, level control, setting of pre-call
chime. The message and the chime can also be stored in the PSS-AS console. In addition, fader
control, button control and event control can also be pre-configured.
The PSS-AS is powered with a distance of 300M via CAT5 cable, and can be extended to 600M by
connected to the Junction Box. The ATEIS range of security systems complies with current
architectural demands requiring IP and/or fiber-optic networking to cater for any possible PA/VA
design as stated in EN54-16 and BS5839/8, with specific attributes for compliance in large
installations.
