3 ‘controllers’ outputs with a current of 5A maximum per output
The maximum total current of the 5 outputs is 40A
The power supply can operate without load current: Imin = 0 A
Features and Technical Specifications:
The Power Supply Equipment and the public address and voice alarm system must be
powered by the same mains. Mains voltage must appear and disappear at the same time on
both devices, whatever the reason.
o In normal operating mode:
the Power Supply Equipment recharges the batteries and maintains them when they are fully
charged. The maximum current that can be provided to the user outputs is Imax a.
o In back-up operating mode:
The total operating current is provided by the batteries and may not exceed ‘Imax b mains not
present’. It includes the current of the PA/VA amplifiers and the current of all the controllers
outputs.
o Imax a : maximum available current which may be drawn continuously while charging the
battery.
o Imax a = 6A C/20 (C : battery capacity in Ah).
o Imax b (mains present) : maximum available output current which may be drawn a short
time, during which the battery may not be charged.
o Imax b (mains present) = 6 A
o Imax b (mains not present) : maximum available current which may be drawn from the
batteries when the mains supply is not available.
o Imax b (mains not present) = the total consumption of the system with no mains, and is
anyhow less than 40A.
Authorized Batteries:
The power supply can be coupled with 24 to 114 Ah batteries. We have approved following
batteries:
o Yuasa NPL series
o Powersonic GB series
o ABT TM series
o Enersys VE series
o Effekta BTL series
o Long GB series.
If you would like to use another battery type, please let us approve them.
Operating Temperature:
o -10 °C to +45 °C at 100 % load
o -10 °C to +55 °C at 75 % load
o Storage temperature: -25 to +85 °C
o Relative humidity: 20 to 95 %
