Setting a 2-stage ow rate alarm
The rst alarm will be output when the instantaneous percent ow rate exceeds the
preset rst high or low limit. The second alarm will be output when the ow rate
exceeds the second high or low limits.
Important
This function can be used when the 2-stage high/low limit alarm is selected in the
contact output function.
Default setting
HI-ALM1, HI-ALM2 +115% LO-ALM1, LO-ALM2 -115%
Setting range
HI-ALM1, HI-ALM2 -115 to +115% LO-ALM1, LO-ALM2 -115 to +115%
