Setting a 2-stage ow rate alarm
The rst alarm will be output when the instantaneous percent ow rate exceeds the
preset rst high or low limit. The second alarm will be output when the ow rate
exceeds the second high or low limits.
Important
This function can be used when the 2-stage high/low limit alarm is selected in the
contact output function.
Default setting
HI-ALM1, HI-ALM2 +115% LO-ALM1, LO-ALM2 -115%
Setting range
HI-ALM1, HI-ALM2 -115 to +115% LO-ALM1, LO-ALM2 -115 to +115%
