Description: Displays the start time of the service replacement event when one is
scheduled; otherwise, the default start time is displayed. The
default start time is 2007/09/01 00:00:00.
SR Event End
Description: Displays the end time of the service replacement event when one is
scheduled; otherwise, the default end time is displayed. The default
end time is 2007/09/01 00:00:00.
