Bit 7 - Frame format of received message. 1 = EFF, 0 = SFF.
Bit 6 - 1 if RTR frame.
Bit 5:4 - Always 0.
Bit 3:0 - DLC specifies the Data Length Code.
RX identifier 1(this field is the same for both SFF and EFF frames)
Bit 7:0 - The top eight bits of the identifier.
RX identifier 2, SFF frame
Bit 7:5 - Bottom three bits of an SFF identifier.
Bit 4 - 1 if RTR frame.
Bit 3:0 - Always 0.
