Use the
◄ ► arrow keys to select FAST Demo Mode as Off or On. Press ENTER.
Demo Mode allows access to ALL modem FAST options for 2592000 seconds (30 calendar
days). Once you turn Demo Mode On, the available time decrements and the bottom line of
the display shows the number of available seconds remaining for the free Demo Mode. You
may turn Demo Mode Off and On as needed until this time expires.
When the Demo period expires, the following message displays:
FAST Demo Mode: Off On
Demo Period Expired
IF THE DEMO MODE STATE (OFF/ON) IS CHANGED, OR IF DEMO MODE IS
ENABLED AND THE TIMER EXPIRES, THE MODEM FIRMWARE WILL
REBOOT AUTOMATICALLY AFTER 5 SECONDS.
NOTE THAT VALIDATION OF AUTHORIZED FAST OPTIONS OCCURS ON
AUTO-REBOOT; IF AN INVALID CONFIGURATION IS FOUND, THE MODEM
CONFIGURATION WILL RESET TO ITS FAXTORY DEFAULT VALUES.
