Set the Rx Symbol Rate to match the Tx Symbol Rate of the distant end modulator. Use the  
arrow keys to select a digit, and then use the  arrow keys to change that digit. Press ENTER.
After the receive path is locked, the Rx menus show the applicable data rate, modulation type,
code rate, pilots ON/OFF, FEC frame length spectral inversion, etc.
