Use the STM-1 Copper PIIC module in either of the CDM-760 rear panel interface option slots.
The PIIC module features an SFP (Small Form Factor Pluggable) docking cage that accepts the
Comtech EF Data SFP STM-1 transceiver module (Figure C-7).
User-supplied standard modules (SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) SFF-8074i and
SFF-8472 Rev. 9.3) may be used, but Comtech EF Data does not guarantee
interoperability.
See Figure C-2 for installation of a PIIC module into an available PIIC interface slot.
