Sets or returns the IP Address and network prefix for the 10/100 Base-T Ethernet management port, in the form
aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd.yy, where:
aaa=000-223
bbb=000-255
ccc=000-255
ddd=000-255
yy=network prefix (value from 8 to 31)
EXAMPLE: <0/IPA=010.006.030.001.24
Sets or returns the IP Gateway Address for the Ethernet management port in the form aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd where:

ddd=001-255

Returns the unique MAC Address for the modem in the form aabbccddeeff.
