Returns the fractional CnC time remaining in the current 365 day period in the form DD:HH:MM:SS, where:
DD=The number of days
HH=The number of hours
MM=The number of minutes
SS=The number of seconds
NOTE: This timer is only active when fractional CnC is purchased and CnC is enabled and running. When the timer hits
zero, CnC will be disabled until the current 365 day period expires. When the current 365 day period expires, the
fractional timer will automatically reset to 90 days.

M:SS
Returns the time remaining in the current 365 day period, in the form DD:HH:MM:SS, where:
DD=The number of days
HH=The number of hours
MM=The number of minutes
SS=The number seconds
NOTE: When the timer hits zero, it will automatically reset to and begin counting down again.
