3. On the bottom line of the CID screen, enable transmission of CID information by the
modem:
a. Use the   arrow keys to navigate to State. Press ENTER to proceed. The cursor jumps to
the operational control:

b. Use the arrow keys to set the State as On or Off. The default is On. Press ENTER to
save.
4. On the bottom line of the CID screen, create an Administrative contact (telephone)
