5. Bit 4 in CR4/CR32/CR60/CR88: If bit 4 in CR4/CR32/CR60/CR88 is turned OFF, the
accumulation register counts linearly. If bit 4 in CR4/CR32/CR60/CR88 is turned ON, the
accumulation register counts circularly.
