gpson command
cmd <instance> gpson {on|off}
When gpson is set to on, this indicates an instance of the command line interpreter is connected to
the GPS receiver. The instance number should be the ASY port number to which the GPS receiver is
connected. This parameter has two purposes:
It tells a particular command interpreter instance that it is connected to a GPS receiver so that
commands received by that instance should be ignored, rather than being treated as invalid
commands.
The at\gps command uses this parameter to determine where the GPS messages originate.
at\gps command
at\gps
This command causes messages from the GPS receiver to be sent directly to the ASY port from
which the command has been entered.
This requires that the gpson parameter (above) is set to on for one of the command interpreter
instances.
As soon as the at\gps command has been issued, data from the GPS receiver will be sent to that
ASY port.
To stop the GPS data, the +++ escape sequence must be entered, followed by a pause, followed
by at.
