Replacing tires
Replace with a new tire if any of the followings
occurs:
● The tire wear mark has been worn.
● The cord in the tire rubber can be seen.
● The tread or sidewall is cracked and the gap
is deep enough to see the cords.
● Tire bulge, hump or delamination.
● The tire is punctured, scratched, or otherwise
damaged, and the size and location of the
damage makes the tire is difficult to be
repaired.
● The age of the tires is 6 years from the date
of production.
● Do not use old tires of unknown origin as
they have no visible damage, but they
may be damaged, it means the vehicle
may be out of control and cause traffic
accidents.
● The road adhesion of new tires within the
first 500 km may not reach the optimal
state, so the vehicle should be carefully
driven at the appropriate speed, and the
new tires should be well run-in to prevent
accidents.
● Even if the tire is not used, it will also age
with time. Regardless of the remaining
thread depth of the tire, it shall be
replaced after the use duration of tire
reaches 6 years.
● Frequent driving in a hot environment or
under overloading will lead to overheating
and accelerated aging of the tire, thus
causing the service life of the tire to be
shortened. In this case, the tire shall be
inspected more frequently to prevent the
tires from bursting and causing accidents.
● Mixed use of tires of different brands,
different structures (radial tires and bias
tires), different sizes and different patterns
may adversely affect the braking and
handling of the vehicle and may cause an
accident.
Winter tire
It is recommended to use winter tires of the
same size as the original tires, and all four
wheels must be replaced.
In winter, the winter tires can greatly improve the
operating stability of the vehicle.
Once the temperature rises above 7 °C, the
summer tires should be used immediately, as
the summer tires are better than the winter tires
when the vehicle is running on snow-free roads.
Winter tires can greatly improve the operating
stability of the vehicle when driving on snow
and ice. Winter tires should be replaced
when the temperature is below -7 °C.
The vehicle speed must not exceed the
maximum allowable vehicle speed of the
installed winter tires. If the speed exceeds
the maximum allowable speed of winter tires,
the tire may suffer sudden pressure loss,
shelling, and even puncture, which is easy to
cause an accident!
