Preparation before driving
After cleaning the front windshield, please press
the button to activate the automatic mode.
When the front windshield defogger button
is pressed, if the outside temperature is above
2 ℃ , the A/C will automatically turn on the
compressor, set the fan speed control button to
the 6th position, and activate the fresh air mode;
if the outside temperature is below 2℃, the A/C
will automatically turn off the compressor, set the
fan speed control knob to the 7th position, and
activate the fresh air mode.
Rear windshield/exterior rearview mirror
defogger*
When the ENGINE START/STOP button is in
the “ON” position, the rear windshield/exterior
rearview mirror defogger button can be
operated. The rear windshield defogger is used
to reduce moisture, fog and frost on the surface
of the rear windshield to improve the rear view.
Press the rear windshield/ exterior rearview
mirror defogger button to activate the rear
windshield/ exterior rearview mirror heating
function*, and press it again to deactivate the
heating function*. This function will be
automatically deactivated after 15 minutes if
there is no manual operation.
For a continuous use of the defogger, be
sure to start the engine for fear that the
battery may run out easily.
After the defogging or defrosting, please try
to deactivate the windshield defogger
function to reduce power consumption and
save fuel.
Anti-cold air function
When the engine coolant temperature is lower
than 40°C, the outside temperature is lower than
5°C and the inside temperature is lower than
10°C, if the A/C is in the AUTO mode when
turned on for the first time, the A/C enters the
stage 1 of the anti-cold air mode. At this time,
the A/C state is as follows: fresh air mode, fan
speed in 1st position, and air outlet mode in
; when the engine coolant temperature is
within 40°C~50°C, the A/C enters the stage 2 of
the anti-cold air mode. At this time, the A/C state
is as follows: fresh air mode, fan speed in 1st
position, and air outlet mode in ; when the
engine coolant temperature is higher than 50°C,
the A/C exits the anti-cold air mode, and at this
time, it is in the AUTO mode.
If the coolant temperature signal is faulty, the
A/C exits the anti-cold air mode after 20
seconds. If the outside temperature sensor fails,
the anti-cold air function is disabled.
Anti-hot air function
When the engine is started, the outside
temperature is higher than 28°C and the inside
temperature is higher than 30°C, if the A/C is in
the AUTO mode when turned on for the first
time, the A/C enters the anti-hot air mode. At this
time, the A/C state is as follows: fresh air mode,
fan speed in 1st position, and air outlet mode in
. Turn on , so the anti-hot air mode
exists after 15 seconds. At this time, the A/C is in
the AUTO mode.
If the outside temperature sensor or the inside
temperature sensor signals are faulty, the anti-
hot air function is disabled.
