Possible Software Causes:
1. Incorrect Configuration Settings. Verify that your physical configuration (RFE, PA, XVTR, etc.)
matches the Check Boxes in the Setup Form - General Tab, Hardware Config Sub-Tab. Failure to
match these settings could cause the software to send the radio commands that it would not
understand.
2. Incorrect LPT Address. Verify that the parallel port address is set correctly on the Setup Form -
General Tab, Hardware Config Sub-Tab. This should almost always be 378 (Hex), but if using an
add-on card for the parallel port, it could use a different address. You can verify the address using
the following steps. Right Click on My Computer and select Properties to open the System
Properties window.
