Error Message Error: Failed to create MAC ACL. Invalid ACL Name. Name
string may include alphabetic, numeric, dash, dot or underscore
characters only. Name must start with a letter and the size of the
name string must be less than or equal to 31 characters.
Explanation User try to creat a MAC ACL, but it is failed.
Recommended Action To create MAC ACL Name within 31 characters include
alphabetic, numeric, dash, dot or underscore characters only
and start with a letter.
Error Message Error: Failed to create MAC ACL.
Explanation User try to configure a new MAC ACL, but the maximum 100
ACLs are already reached.
Recommended Action Reduce/Remove other unnecessary IP/MAC ACLs .
Error Message Error: Failed to create MAC ACL. ACL Name already exists
Explanation User try to create a MAC ACL, but the MAC ACL Name is
already used in the system.
Recommended Action Use other MAC ACL Name which is not used in the system to
create the new MAC ACL.
Error Message Error: Value (<value>) is out of range for Rule ID. The valid
range is 1 to 10.
Explanation The value of MAC ACL Rule ID is out of range.
Recommended Action The range fo MAC ACL Rule ID is 1 to 10.
Error Message Error: Failed to set Match Every.
Explanation User try to configure the MAC ACL Rule ID, but the selected
MAC ACL name does not exist.
Recommended Action Refresh the WEB page, and select the correct MAC ACL name
again.
Error Message Error: Failed to create MAC ACL. MAC ACL could not be
renamed.
Explanation User try to rename a MAC ACL, but the entry of MAC ACL name
is invalid or blank or the original name does not exist in the
system.
Recommended Action 1. Rename the MAC ACL within 31 characters include
alphanumeric, dash, dot or underscore characters only and start
with a letter.
2. Refresh the WEB page, and select the correct MAC ACL
name again.
