4.3.3 VLAN Port-Group
This section contains the VLAN Port-Group module messages.
Error Message Error: Failed to set <vlanGroupName>. VLAN Port Group name
must contain alphanumeric characters only, and can't be empty.
Explanation It is failed to create a VLAN Port Group while the name is not
alphanumeric characters.
Recommended Action Use alphanumeric characters for the VLAN Port Group name to
create a VLAN Port Group and the name can not be empty.
Error Message Error: Failed to delete <vlanGroupName>.
Explanation The VLAN Port Group name is invalid.
Recommended Action Refresh the WEB page, and select the VLAN Port Group Name
again.
Error Message Error: Failed to create VLAN Port Group. VLAN Port Group
already exists.
Explanation The VLAN Port Group already existed.
Recommended Action Create the VLAN Port Group with a name which is not used in
the system.
Error Message Error: Can't set the same VLAN ID on uplink set
<uplinkSetName>.
Explanation The VLAN Port Group can’t use this VLAN ID which is used by
on group with the same uplink set.
Recommended Action Use the different VLAN ID for VLAN Port Group.
Error Message Error: Value <vlanId> is out of range for VLAN ID. The valid
range is 1 to 4094.
Explanation The value of VLAN Port Group VLAN ID is out of range.
Recommended Action Set the value of VLAN Port Group VLAN ID with numeric
character 1 to 4094.
Error Message Error: Uplink set <uplinkSetName> is used by other module.
Explanation The Uplink set is already used by other module.
Recommended Action Remove the Uplink set from the used module or set other Uplink
for this VLAN Port Group.
