4.1.3 File Management
This section contains the Download To Switch messages.
Error Message Error: Invalid TFTP Server IP address.
Explanation The value of the IP address of TFTP Server is a invalid IP
address
Recommended Action Use a valid IP address for TFTP Server address.
Error Message Error: Failed to set TFTP File Name <filename>.
Explanation User input the wildcard characters for File Name. For example
the asterisk sign(*) or question mark(?).
Recommended Action Use the correct file name for this function.
Error Message [<filename>] Target file extension other than '.scr' is not allowed.
Explanation User try to download a script file to the switch, but the target file
extersion is not ‘.scr’.
Recommended Action Use ‘.scr’ for the target script file extension.
Error Message Error: Destination File name not entered!
Error: Failed to set FTP/TFTP File Path. Path name length limit
is 96 characters including the tailing slash.
Explanation The value of FTP/TFTP File Path over 96 characters.
Recommended Action The value of field should be correct path and less than 96
characters.
Error Message Error: Destination File name not entered!
Explanation The value of the Target Name is not entered..
Recommended Action Enter the Target Name to be stored in the switch.
Error Message Error: Cannot find partion table entry!
Explanation Can not find any entry to store new file on the flash system.
Recommended Action Two runtime codes are supported in the flash system. Please
delete one of the runtime codes before downloading the new
one.
