Inspecting the hub shaft
- Check the two shafts exhibit no wear or distortion
of the toothed surfaces, the bearing housings, and
the oil seal housings.
- In case of faults, replace the damaged parts.
Characteristic
Bearing diameter for driven pulley shaft:
A= Ø30 -0.01 -0.02 mm
B= Ø20 -0.01 -0.02 mm
Diameter for pinion unit shaft:
C= Ø20 -0.01 -0.02 mm
D= Ø50 -0.01 -0.023 mm
