Gilera GP 800 i.e. - Water Pump Fitting

Fitting
- Fit the oil seal from the outside being careful not
to grease the contact surfaces.
- With the specific tool fit the seal until it stops.
Specific tooling
020663Y Water pump shaft oil seal punch
- Fit and lock the plate in its position by tightening
the two screws indicated to the prescribed torque.
Locking torques (N*m)
Screws tightening water pump gear protection
plate 3 ÷ 4
- Fit the water pump shaft together with the control
gear.
- Fit the idle gear.
Overall seal fitting
CAUTION
CLEAN ALL THE COMPONENTS THOROUGHLY.
