Gilera GP 800 i.e. - Removing the Valves

- Loosen the 4 head-cylinder fixing nuts in two or
three stages and in a criss-crossed sequence.
- Remove the head, the two centring dowels, the
gasket and the lower chain guide slider
Removing the valves
- Using the appropriate tool fitted with an adaptor, remove the cotters, caps, springs and valves.

CAUTION
ARRANGE THE VALVES SO AS TO RECOG-
NISE THE ORIGINAL POSITION ON THE HEAD
(FLYWHEEL SIDE AND TRANSMISSION SIDE).
