Return parameter

Returns the RMS value.
Chan Off
Indicates the source channel is not
activated.
Note
Before using this command, select the
measurement channel. See the example below.
Example
:MEASure:SOURce1 CH1
:MEASure:RMS?
1.31E-3
Selects Channel 1, and then measures the RMS
voltage/current.
:MEASure:CRMS
Description
Returns the root-mean-square voltage/current of
one full period.
