2 Move the cursor to the tip of the Range Tool triangle. The cursor will change
to a vertical double-headed arrow. Left-click, hold and move the double-headed
arrow upwards to widen a range. Moving the arrow downwards narrows the
range. The red range lines should intersect the peak sides at 50% of their
height. (See Figure 8-86.)

3 The left and right side boundaries can be manually adjusted by clicking on the
smaller red triangle and dragging it to the desired location. (See Figure 8-87.)
