6 Both chromatograms will be displayed in the chromatogram window. The color
displayed in the check box correlates with the color of the chromatogram. (See
Figure 8-103.)

NOTE: The mass spectrum will be displayed for the highlighted file.
NOTE: A NIST search can be performed on either chromatogram. Select
Search NIST/User (refer to section 8.6, NIST Library Searches, on
page 8-24 for instructions) and select the desired file from the
drop-down menu. (See Figure 8-104.) The NIST identification will be
displayed for the highlighted file.
