Sets the positive transition filter in the
measurement, operation, or questionable
status register. If you set a bit of the filter,
a 0-to-1 transition of its register bit sets
the corresponding bit of the event
register.

Sets all defined bits in the status system’s
PTR registers and clears the all bits in the
NTR and Enable registers. The registers
are returned to the default condition.
