1 Check the C PC cartridge for proper installation.
Is the above component properly installed?
Go to step 2. Reinstall the C PC
drum.

Install the C PC drum in one of the other three PC locations.
Ensure that all PC drum slots contain a PC drum. Perform a
POR.
Does the error remain or follow the problematic cartridge?
Replace the
problematic PC
drum with a new
one.
Go to step 3.

developer interlock plate assembly for proper connection.
