1 Perform the Measurement cycle test.
1. Enter the Diagnostics Menu.
2. Select ENGINE ADJUST.
3. Select RegCon adjust
4. Select Measurement cycle
Does the above test pass?
Perform the
“Control sensor
check”.

page 4-216.
Go to step 2.

Check the transfer belt unit assembly for damage.
Does above component show signs of damage on the
frame or on the belt?
Replace the
transfer belt unit
assembly.

Go to step 3.

Check the image density sensor assembly connection.
Is the above component properly connected?
Replace the image
density sensor
assembly.

removal” on
page 4-44.
Replace the
connection.

Re-perform the Measurement cycle test again.
Does the above test pass?
Perform the
“Control sensor
check”.
Go to“Control

page 4-216.
