Control sensor cycle
Step Check Yes No
1 Perform the Control sensor check test.
1. Enter the Diagnostics Menu.
2. Select ENGINE ADJUST.
3. Select RegCon adjust
4. Select Control Sensor Check
Does the above test pass?
Perform the
“Control sensor
cycle”.

page 4-216.
Go to step 2.

Check the transfer belt unit assembly for damage.
Does above component show signs of damage on the
frame or on the belt?
Replace the
transfer belt unit
assembly.

Go to step 3.

Re-perform the Control sensor check test again.
Does the above test pass?
Perform the
“Control sensor
cycle”.
