sensor flag (B) for damage.
Is the S1 flag damaged?
Replace the S1 sensor.

Remove the staging deflector assembly. See

Is the S1 sensor (B) in the staging
deflector assembly loose?
Reseat the sensor and add
a sensor retainer. See

on page 4-137.
