ADF removals
For the ADF covers, see “ADF cover removals” on page 4-170.
ADF beacon cable removal
See “ADF electronics” on page 7-27 for the part number.
1. Remove the ADF document tray. See “ADF document tray assembly removal” on page 4-174.
2. Disconnect the cable connector (A).
3. Remove three screws (B), and turn over the bottom cover.
4. Remove the screw (C), and turn over the paper size sensor card.
5. Disconnect the cable (D) from beacon card, paper size sensor card, and paper present sensor.
6. Remove the cable.
