Safety valve, unloader valve, compressor, shut-off valve,
or bleed valve may be damaged.
CHECKS
Is gauge pressure more than 6 bar (90 psi)?
Yes No
Check that bleed valves are closed,
shut-off valve is open, and safety
valves are operating correctly.
Is unloader valve operating correctly?
Yes
No
Check compressor output.
Adjust or replace unloader valve.
Replace pressure sensor.
