PROBLEM 24
Jacking cylinder(s) will not extend or retract.
CHECKS
Check for 12 volts at auxiliary disable valve when enabling cylinders.
POSSIBLE CAUSES
Faulty relief valve. Faulty control valve section.
Faulty enable valve. Bad pump. Faulty cylinder.

Check for 241 bar (3,500 psi) at auxiliary system disable valve while
enabling another jacking cylinder on lower accessory valve.
241 bar (3,500 psi) or More
241 bar (3,500 psi) or Less
Check diagnostic display screen (bank 3) for
change of 4 when enabling cylinders.
Change
No Change
Check disable valve wiring.
Consult dealer/factory.

Check for 241 bar (3,500 psi) at auxiliary system
disable valve while enabling problem jacking cylinder.

Exchange both counterbalance valve cartridges
on problem jacking cylinder.
Is cylinder enabled with handle movement?
Adjust upper accessory relief valve for 241 bar
(3,500 psi) and check pressure. (See Test 24—Checking
and Adjusting the Auxiliary System Working Pressure.)

Repair or replace upper accessory relief valve.
Repair or

Enable jacking extend and retract solenoid valves and check that voltage is present.

Replace counterbalance
valve.
Adjust upper accessory relief valve for 241 bar
(3,500 psi) and check pressure. (See Test 24—Checking
and Adjusting the Auxiliary System Working Pressure.)
Repair or replace upper accessory relief
valve or valve section.
Replace problem diode
to wire #89D1.
Replace switch.
Check for 12 volts at jacking cylinder switch wire #54.
