AutomaticIntermittentIntervalControl(Optional)–This
featureautomaticallychangesthewiperspeedfromHIGHor
LOWtotheslowestintermittentspeedwhentheparkingbrake
hasbeenset,andthewipershavebeenonforapredetermined
lengthoftime.Whentheparkingbrakeisreleased,thewipers
returntotheirpreviousspeed.
WARNING
Topreventpropertydamage,personalinjury,and
/ordeath,donotusethewashersinfreezing
weatherwithoutrstwarmingthewindshieldwith
thedefrosters;otherwise,thewashersolution
mayfreezeonthewindshieldandobscureyour
visionandcauseanaccident.
Donotuseradiatorcoolantorantifreezeinthe
windshieldwasherreservoir.Radiatorcoolant
inthewasherreservoircanseverelyreduce
visibilitywhensprayedonthewindshield.
KeeptheuidreservoirlledwithFleetriteWindshieldWasher
Solventorequivalent.
6.Lo/HighBeam-Whentheturnsignalstalkispulledpast
the“click”position,lightswillswitchtoHi-Beamposition.When
pulledagaintheywillreverttoLo-Beam.
HeadlightFlash-To-Pass-Whentheturnsignalleverispulled
withtheheadlightsOFF,theHi-Beamlightswillcomeonand
stayonaslongastheleverisheldinthepulledposition.When
theLo-BeamheadlightsareON,theHi-Beamlightscanbemade
toashiftheleverisnotliftedpasttheclickordimmerposition.
WhentheHi-BeamheadlightsareON,theLo-Beamlightscan
bemadetoashiftheleverisnotliftedpasttheclickordimmer
position.
7.Washer/WiperControl-Thewindshieldwasher,alongwith
thewindshieldwipers,iscontrolledbytheWASHER/WIPER
knobontheturnsignalswitchlever.Tooperatethewindshield
washer,pushinonthewiperknobtospraysolutiononthe
windshield.Wiperswillstartwipingandcontinuefortwocycles.
