Lubricating and Tensioning the Positioner Cables
A. Introduction
Proper cable tension is essential for accurate dispensing. Three tensioners
maintain proper tension on the X, Y, and Y-idle cables. The X and Y cable
tensioners are located near the left front pulley and the Y-idle cable tensioner is
located near the right front pulley. They are adjusted by using a specially
designed tool that automatically adjusts the cables to the proper tension.
