Servo Shelf (Continued)
E. Low Pressure Sensor
1. The Low Pressure Sensor is located on the right side of the Servo Shelf.
2. It can be manually set for a pressure from 10 to 100 psi (69 to 689 kPa).
3. The sensor will issue a signal when main air pressure is lower than the
manual set point. This signal will cause the yellow light on the Light Beacon
to flash and give a software error before dispensing is performed.
F. DC Cooling Fan
1. Located on the panel on the right side panel next to the Servo Shelf, the fan
blows cool air across the electronics.
2. The heated air is vented through a passive grille on the left side panel next
to the Servo Shelf.
G. Main Air Solenoid
1. The Main Air Solenoid is located behind the Low Pressure Sensor on the
Servo Shelf.
2. The Main Air Solenoid turns ON the air pressure to the dispensing system
when the ON button is pushed.
H. Dual Action Solenoid
1. The Dual-Action Solenoid Valve is located at the right rear of the Servo Shelf.
2. Two 1/8-inch pneumatic lines, one black and one blue, go through the Cat
Track to the Dispensing Head bulkhead. On the bulkhead, the blue hose
connects to the T/ON port and the black hose connects to the T/OFF port.
3. On systems equipped with a Dual-Action Dispensing Head, the air pressure
from these ports lowers and raises a second Dispensing Valve (Valve 2).
