Exit FmNT, shut down
Windows NT and press the
black OFF (0) button on the
Operator’s Console
Does Board
Sensor status LED
illuminate when a
workpiece is passed
by it?
Switch Main Circuit Breaker
to OFF (0) position, and
disconnect Power Cable from
the facility outlet
Manually move the
Dispensing Head to the rear
of the dispensing area and
then remove the Dispensing
Area Front Cover.
Connect the Power Cable to
the facility outlet, switch Main
Circuit Breaker to ON (I)
position, press the green ON
(I) button on the Operator’s
Console, and enter FmNT.
Check the Board Sensor for
proper position and beam
direction.
Is Sensor
beam hitting upper
portion of Conveyor
Rails or going through
Carrier holes?
Adjust the Board Sensor
position.
Adjust the Board Sensor
sensitivity
Does Board
Sensor status LED
illuminate when a
workpiece is passed
by it?
Inspect the Fiber-optic
Cables for any damage that
will interfere with light
transmission.
Is the Fiber-optic
Cable damaged?
Attach the Fiber-optic Cable
