Installing the Dispensing Head Assembly (Continued)
15. Perform component functional tests as specified in the table below.
If any component fails the functional test, check all connections and retest. If
the component still fails, perform fault isolation in accordance with the
Troubleshooting section of this manual.

Vision System
Refer to Lesson 2.6 on page 2-47 or the Power-up
and Testing section of Axiom X-1000 Installation
and Service Manual.
Dispensing Valves
As specified in the applicable Dispensing Valve
Installation and Operations Manual.
Dispensing Head
Refer to the following Dispensing Head test
procedures in the Power-up and Testing section of
the Axiom X-1000 Installation and Service Manual.
• Final Clearance Check
• Interlock Effect Test
• Movement Test
• Dispensing Valve Pneumatics
16. Perform Camera focus adjustment, leveling, and calibration in accordance with
Lesson 2.6 on page 2-47 or the Calibration and Adjustment section of Axiom X-
1000 Installation and Service Manual.
17. Perform a Valve Offsets routine in accordance with the FmNT User Guide.
