3.4 Operational considerations
When you install the equipment, pay attention to the following:
l Safety: Do not remove or obstruct:
Mirrors
Hand rails
Lights
Alarms
Horns
l Do not mount equipment where it obstructs the operator’s view, or could come
into contact with the operator during normal operation
l Ergonomics: Mount equipment so that:
the operator can see the control box screen in their normal field of vision,
and easily reach the control box from their normal, seated position
it does not block access for maintenance, or interfere with normal
operation of the machine.
