Install the stick angle sensor bracket
Stitch weld each side of the plate using three 25 mm (1 inch) long, 5 mm (3/16 inch)
fillet beads along the longitudinal axis of the stick.
Bolt the wide edge of the sensor bracket to the weld plate using four M10 x 16mm
bolts.
6.8.2 Boom angle sensor bracket
Select a location for the boom angle sensor bracket
Position the weld plate on top of the boom and greater than 76mm (3 inches) from
the closest weld. The long edge of the plate should be parallel to the centerline of
the boom. The plate should lay flat on the boom and not span a welded seem.
