The Control Box’s Radio Port menu item is only available when you select a third
party radio in the Machine Settings wizard.
From Setup Menu – Installation, select Control Box’s Radio Port:

For a third-party radio
The settings in the Control Box’s Radio Port group must match the communication
port settings in the data radio.
