Ask customer to check print settings. When the Print mode is set to [High Quality], if the setting
for [Standard] is set to [Normal], change the setting to [High Speed].
016-753 PDF Password Mismatch RAP

When processing a PDF file that is protected by a password, the password in the UI panel set-
tings and the password specified using XPJL (set in the Contents Bridge Utility) do not match.
Procedure
Specify the correct password using the UI or the Contents Bridge.
