An abnormal parameter is set for the send function.
Procedure
Check the P/Js on the IIT/IPS PWB (PL 11.3).
Check the P/Js on ESS PWB (PL 9.2).
If the problem persists, reload Firmware (ADJ 9.3.1).
003-321 IISS-ESS Communication Failure 2 RAP
The acknowledgement could not be received after 2 resend attempts.
Procedure
Check the P/Js on the IIT/IPS PWB (PL 11.3).
Check the P/Js on ESS PWB (PL 9.2).
If the problem persists, reload Firmware (ADJ 9.3.1).
