STS or MON6 Status Flag Monitor

(positioning completed) signal
is active.
Bit 1: ON (1) when the NEAR (near
position) signal is active.
Bit 2: ON (1) when the DEN (posi-
tioning reference distribution
completed) signal is active.

program operation is inter-
rupted (on hold).
Bit 4: ON (1) during program opera-

(torque) is being limited.
