5. 5. 1 Call destination
With the destination information of a call distribution element an internal call or an
external incoming call can be routed to individual destinations or combinations of
destinations.
Individual Destinations
A call is routed is to one of the following destinations:
• User (internal users, PISN users, integrated mobile phones, etc.)
• UG: User Group (see page 140)
• KT: KT line (see page 161)
• Operator (see page 156)
• ACD: ACD queue (see page 174)
• Queue (see page 172)
• ERC: External remote control (can only be selected once a password has been
entered under CM_5.10, see page 537)
• Special destinations:
– PSTN overflow (see AIN System Manual "Aastra Intelligent Net")
– Voice Mail (see page 417)
– Mobile phone integration (see page 58)
– Modem (see AMS Online Help)
– Secure IP Remote Management (SRM) (see AMS online help)
Multiple destinations
Calls can be routed to the following multiple destinations
•User+UG
•User+KT
•UG+KT
• User+UG, busy
• User+KT, busy
If the first destination is busy with multiple destinations busy, the second is not
called and the caller obtains the busy tone:
