The call is analysed and routed in three stages:
• Classification of the outgoing call on the basis of the LCR table and allocation to
a particular routing table.
• Using the routing table to select a primary and alternative network provider, de-
pending on the time of day and the weekday.
• Network provider-specific conversion of the phone number and routing of the
call on the basis of the network provider table.
