Calls to a busy User
If a busy user is called while protected against call waiting, 0 is entered in the Dura-
tion field. The Time and Date fields indicate when the call was received. The sort
character is 322. Time To Answer is 0.

Transferred call
If a call was transferred to another user, the subsequent ICL handling will depend
on the charge management configuration.
