PRODUCT LINE-UP
Different solutions exist for each model, depending on the desired level of service:
VOICE SOLUTIONS - Alcatel OmniPCX Office S, M, L and XL
Based on a mature product offering meeting telephony requirements (conventional automated atten-
dant), these packages include:
- a basic voice mail unit (2 ports, 20 minutes of recording) providing a voice mailbox to all users
equipped with dedicated Alcatel Reflexes terminals
- an automated attendant
- a CTI server
The RACK x modules are equipped with a standard CPU board with 32MB of SDRAM.
e-SOLUTIONS - Alcatel OmniPCX Office e-S, e-M, e-L and e-XL
Based on more advanced telephony requirements (voice mail service on 6 or 8 ports), these packages
allow upgrading to provide the most comprehensive Internet services (electronic mail server, Proxy and
cache server, VPN and Voice over IP). Alcatel OmniPCX Office thus becomes an e-communication ser-
ver.
The RACK x modules are equipped with a CPUe (enhanced) board with 64MB of SDRAM.
Nota : Refer to the "Capacities" sheet for a detailed description of the functions offered by each
package.
These solutions allow the system to be built up by adding modules, boards, applications and software
keys.
