DESCRIPTION OF FIELDS
Board position:
To find the board's physical address from the counters' "board position", convert into decimal and apply
the following rule: board position/2 + 1 = physical address.
Example:
- For 00: 00/2 + 1 = 01 -> the board is in the first slot.
- For 02: 02/2 + 1 = 02 -> the board is in the second slot.
Device:
Base index in hexadecimal on the board.
